- Tous les tarifs sont en EUR et sont valables pour une semaine dans l'appartement spécifié.
- Les prix seront à partir du 01.01.2017 une taxe de séjour de 2,00 € par personne et par jour, payable le jour du départ.
- Le ménage de fin de séjour est inclus dans le prix. WiFi gratuit dans tous les appartements.
- Linge de lit inclus, serviettes.
- Le prix comprend le programme de divertissement Val Gardena Active.
- Le parking est gratuit pour nos clients.
- Tous les appartements de la Residence Ariola disposent de TV satellite, téléphone, coffre-fort, sèche-cheveux, balcon ou accès au jardin.
- Des frais s'appliquent pour l'utilisation de la machine à laver, traitement du foin (Kraxen) et bain tourbillon.
- S'il vous plaît apporter vos propres nappes et serviettes de cuisine ..
- Il est interdit de fumer dans nos appartements. En hiver, les animaux domestiques ne sont pas admis dans nos appartements.
- Arrivée: après 14h00 ; Départ: jusqu'à 9h30
BOOKING
The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it.
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):
- Cancellation by 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit - caparra confirmatoria) will be withheld.
- Cancellation by 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 13 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 7 days within to the arrival: 100% of the total amount
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
With the payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms.
