• Курение запрещено в апартаментах из уважения ко всем нашим гостям.
• Прибытие: с 14.00; Выезд: до 9.30.

BOOKING

The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it.

Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):

• Cancellation by 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit - caparra confirmatoria) will be withheld.
• Cancellation by 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
• Cancellation by 13 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
• Cancellation by 7 days within to the arrival: 100% of the total amount

In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
With the payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms.
