TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
All prices listed are in Euro per apartment and per week, without board. Short stays are possible on request in the low season with an extra charge of 10%.
All apartments at Residence Ariola feature satellite TV, phone, room safe, hair dryer, balcony or access to the garden.
The prices includes
- accommodation with bed linen and towels
- End-of-stay cleaning
- Free WiFi in all Apartments
- The price includes the Val Gardena Active
- Car parking
- Sauna and steam bath
Tourism Tax: We inform you that since 01.01.2014 there has been a local tourism tax in all South Tyrolean tourist accommodations for all people aged 14 and older.
Fees apply for use of washing machine, hay treatments (Kraxen) and whirlpool.
Please bring your own table cloths and kitchen towels
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Pets are allowed on request and only in summer.
Check-in/out
The Apartment is at your disposal from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival to 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
At a late arrival after 7.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to inform us by ringing +39 0471 794105
BOOKING
The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it.
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):
- Cancellation by 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit - caparra confirmatoria) will be withheld.
- Cancellation by 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 13 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 7 days within to the arrival: 100% of the total amount
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
With the payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms.
