- Los precios se indican en euros por semana por apartamento.
- A los precios hay que añadirle la tasa turística de € 2.00 por persona y por día, prevista para los huéspedes a partir de 14 años en adelante. Dicha tasa debe pagarse in situ el día de salida.
- La limpieza final está incluida en el precio. WiFi gratuito en todos los apartamentos.
- El precio incluye: ropa de cama y toallas.
- El programa semanal de Val Gardena Active está incluido en el precio.
- Aparcamiento gratuito para nuestros clientes.
- Todos los apartamentos del Residence Ariola están equipados con TV por satélite, teléfono, caja fuerte, secador de pelo, balcón o acceso directo al jardín.
- Se les pide a nuestros huéspedes que traigan consigo sus propios complementos textiles de cocina y mantelería.
- A petición y previo pago: lavadora, tratamientos de heno (Kraxen) e hidromasaje.
- No está permitido fumar en los apartamentos, por respeto a todos nuestros huéspedes.
- Llegada: desde las 14:00 horas en adelante; Salida: antes de las 9:30 horas.
BOOKING
The booking is definite and binding as soon as we get a deposit (caparra confirmatoria) of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer and we send you a confirmation of it.
Cancellation: The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal. The cancellation can only be accepted in written form. In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation fees apply (see Art. 7 GTC):
- Cancellation by 30 days prior to arrival: the down payment (deposit - caparra confirmatoria) will be withheld.
- Cancellation by 29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 13 days to 8 days prior to arrival: 80 % of the total amount.
- Cancellation by 7 days within to the arrival: 100% of the total amount
In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the total amount
With the payment of the deposit (caparra confirmatoria) you confirm to have read, understood and legally accepted all booking and cancellation terms.
